None of this is here to be difficult. It's a one-person studio, so a missed appointment is an empty hour I can't fill.

Studio policies

Nail pricing lives on the nails page.

You aren't paying extra. It is the first part of the service, paid up front.

Booking online holds the slot temporarily. Until the deposit lands, the appointment isn't confirmed and the time can go to someone else.

If you cancel, the deposit stays with me. Reschedule with reasonable notice and I will carry it across.
